Jennifer Lidwin, DPT
Jenny Lidwin earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and B.S in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College. Before joining Balance Rehabilitation and Health Science ,LLC, she focused on the inpatient setting where she worked with stroke, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other specialized groups. Jenny is especially passionate about the effectiveness of high intensity training on people’s ability to move well. She is LSVT certified to better help patients with neurological challenges, including Parkinson’s Disease.
Jenny was inspired to practice physical therapy from her own experiences recovering from ACL repair and other soccer-related injuries. She’s played soccer her whole life from growing up in Virginia to varsity at Ithaca College to recreation league since she moved to New Hampshire a few years ago. Outside of physical therapy and soccer, she also enjoys weightlifting, skiing, and hiking.
