Steve Fulling, DPT
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Vermont in 2010 before moving on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2013. After graduation, Steve completed a one year long clinical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital’s outpatient physical therapy department, with a focus on treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. After completion of the internship, Steve went on to work at an outpatient clinic in Massachusetts where he continued working with adult and pediatric patients on a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
While Steve is well versed in treatment of all orthopedic conditions including pathology of the shoulder, hip, and knee, he has a special interest in the evaluation and management of pathology of the neck and lower back and has completed continuing education to enhance his skills. In addition to rehabilitating injuries and chronic pains, Steve enjoys working with patients to improve their balance and strength to maximize their function and independence. Steve believes that the combination of effective manual therapy, specific and targeted exercise, and education are critical for the recovery of his patients.
When not in the clinic, Steve can usually be found spending time with his family, especially his wife and two children. Steve enjoys golfing, hiking, and playing basketball and tries to stay as active as possible
