Jeremy Seibert, MSPT, OCS
Jeremy Seibert earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 2000. He began his career at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital (now Spaulding Rehab Hospital), working on the stroke unit before transitioning to outpatient orthopedics. Drawn by a love of the mountains, he moved to New Hampshire in 2001 and joined Merrimack Valley Physical Therapy, where he met longtime colleague Chris Pierce. For over two decades, Jeremy has served as the clinic manager at MVPT’s Nashua location, providing expert care and leadership.
Jeremy is passionate about helping people overcome physical challenges and achieve their goals. He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2023. He also specializes in vestibular therapy and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis and is an LSVT BIG certified practitioner.
Committed to collaboration and lifelong learning, Jeremy is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes both personal and professional growth. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys hiking, woodworking, playing guitar, attending concerts, and spending quality time with his wife of 25 years and their two sons.
