COVID-19 UPDATE
Our offices in Goffstown and Windham are open. We are closely following the CDC and DHHS guidelines. Our policies will change and update with future recommendations from the CDC at our discretion. Please read the following guide that we require both our staff and patients to adhere to when in the office.
PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
- ALL patients will be asked the following questions:

- Have you traveled outside of the US?
- Are you feeling unwell?
- Do you have a cough, fever, sore throat, headache, nausea, or shortness of breath?
- Have you been vaccinated?
- Is anyone in your household under quarantine?
- Are you or any household member waiting on a COVID test result?
- Any patient who develops any of these signs or symptoms during their course of PT should NOT come to therapy and should notify our office of these symptoms.
ENTERING THE BUILDING
- We have placed hand sanitizer outside our office for your use before entering.
- We will be taking your temperature upon entering using a no-touch thermometer.
- ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK BEFORE ENTERING THE OFFICE AND DURING THE ENTIRETY OF THEIR VISIT.
- We ask that you bring your own but if you do not have one, Balance Physical Therapy will provide you with one to keep and reuse at each appointment.
- We ask that only patients enter for their appointment and family members refrain from entering in order to reduce exposure but please ask ahead of time if there are extenuating circumstances.
DURING YOUR VISIT
- Please wash your hands in the sink upon entering.
- Please maintain a 10-foot radius between you and other patients or staff unless being worked on by your therapist.
- Only 1 person at the front desk at a time.
- Family members, please refrain from waiting in the reception area. Please wait in your car or in seats provided outside the office.
- Masks should be worn at all times.
- Use hand sanitizer frequently, placed throughout the office, after touching equipment.
- Please wipe down equipment used with sanitizer provided and place smaller items in the designated location to be cleaned.
WHAT OUR STAFF IS DOING
- Any employee that is experiencing cough, fever, or shortness of breath will not be allowed to come into work.
- Each employee will have their temperature taken by a no-touch thermometer upon arriving at the office.
- Employees will not shake hands with other employees/patients and use the 10 feet social distancing recommendation.
- All employees performing close contact with patients are required to wear a face mask.
- All staff is required to wash their hands before and after treating each patient.
- All equipment used before and after each patient is being sanitized.
- Door handles, countertops and other surfaces being used throughout the office are being frequently throughout the day during operation.
- Giving you peace of mind for your safety, our staff’s safety, and our community all while providing you with the care, expertise, and of course fun during your appointment!
