At Balance, we make personal training personal. We customize your training sessions to fit your goals, lifestyle, and needs. Before we begin any program, we meet for an hour evaluation in which we discuss your goals, aspirations, challenges, any health conditions or limitations, and anything else relevant to your fitness success. You will also have the opportunity to decide on whether you would like to work one-on-one with an instructor or be grouped with one other patient.

Functional Circuit Training
Balance Functional Circuit Training is a cornerstone of our strengthening and conditioning programs. It combines strength exercises with endurance/aerobic exercises. This combination provides the benefits of a cardiovascular workout with that of strength training and entails exercises that reproduce real-life movements like pulling, reaching, bending, and lifting. For full body strengthening, you will use and improve your balance, agility, and core muscle stability with plyometrics. Ideal for anyone interested in exercising at a moderate to high level, Balance Functional Circuit Training can adapt to whatever mode (easy, moderate, or difficult) meets the individual’s needs and desires.
