ACL Injury: The Game Stopper

An ACL injury can result in significant pain and swelling, up to 12 months of off-the-field rehabilitation, possible costly surgery, and an increased risk for secondary injury or knee replacement later in life.

Introducing the ACL BE FAST Training Program
Brought to you by Balance PT and Health Science, the ACL BE FAST program uses science-based, personalized training to help female athletes enhance quickness, speed, and power while decreasing their risk of getting hurt. Participants in the program learn:

Techniques for safer cutting and changing direction
Proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down techniques
Proper movement form and athletic stance
